Our service levels  

Level 3 & 4 are not available for the budget menu. You may extend hours 
  • Drop off - Self Service

    This is a drop off buffet only. Our employee will set up and leave. We do not guarantee you will or will not run out of food due to self-serving and no portion controlling. Your guests are to serve themselves through a buffet style set up. Tatering is not responsible for outages of food at any time regardless of how much food you choose to purchase. 

  • LEVEL 2 – 90-MINUTE SERVICE – serving only

    Our staff will set up the food serving tables (buffet only); serve the food. When the last table has been served after 15 minutes the buffet and drink station is wrapped up. No table busing is done. Plastic dinnerware only OR client provided dinnerware. We do not guarantee a specific amount of time this task will take, there are far too many factors that may increase/decrease the service level time. Please allow a respectful amount of time for us to conduct our services. 

  • LEVEL 2 extended – 150-MINUTE SERVICE – with table busing.

    Our staff will set up the food serving tables (buffet only); serve the food once completed we will begin table busing and afterwards any remaining food is wrapped up. Plastic dinnerware only OR client provided dinnerware. We do not guarantee a specific amount of time this task will take, there are far too many factors that may increase/decrease the service level time. Please allow a respectful amount of time for us to conduct our services. 

  • LEVEL 3 – BUFFET – 6-hour max service (time starts once we arrive)

    Buffet service is just a method of delivering the food. 

    This is NOT an all you can eat option. 

    We will set up the tables with dinnerware, drink station, appetizer table and buffet tables. We will manage all the foods during both cocktail and mealtime. We do not guarantee a specific amount of time this task will take, there are far too many factors that may increase/decrease the service level time. Please allow a respectful amount of time for us to conduct our services. Bussing of tables will be done AFTER the entire party has been served. This is not an immediate level of service and may take the entire evening to achieve as we cannot control your guests’ rate of consumption or dismissal of the dinnerware. Complimentary cake cutting (includes complimentary 6” white plastic plates/forks). Our staff leaves once this task is completed. 


  • LEVEL 3 – PLATED- 6-hour max service (time starts once we arrive)

    Your guests are served individually at each table. All plating is designed to allow guests to one (1) plate of portioned size of entrée, sides, and drinks. If you wish to have more than one serving per guest, please advise us so we can increase the headcount and charge accordingly.  We do not guarantee a specific amount of time this task will take, there are far too many factors that may increase/decrease the service level time. Please allow a respectful amount of time for us to conduct our services. There will be no plating available 30 minutes after we have completed plating/serving. Guests arriving late are subject to not being served. Please inform all guests to arrive in time. Complimentary cake cutting (includes complimentary 6” white plastic plates/forks), afterwards a small portion of the staff will stay to aid in venue clean up, but not exceeding our time limit. 

    Does not include: Table side drink refills.  None of these services are timed but should not exceed 6 hours once guests arrive. 

    If your menu has more than ONE entrée choice then it is required a seating plan 10 days prior to the event: If you do not provide one, then your service level will be switched to a buffet set up and you are not subject to a refund.   

  • LEVEL 4 – BUFFET- 8-hour max service (time starts once we arrive)

  • Extended time after service hours

    If you need the staff to stay you can extend their time at $30.00 an hour per serving staff member. and $40.00 per hour for bartender. 


    Overtime is done hourly, not by minutes.
