Weekly Salary with sales incentives

We are seeking a Sales Consultant to work Monday, Wednesday, and Fridays to conduct tastings with potential clients. We do tastings from 12 pm to 8 pm. Each meeting is about 35-45 minutes long. 


Individual must be able to do the following:

• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel, printing and modifying documents. 

• Knowledge of Events and weddings

• Knowledge of Foods, use of kitchen knives, proper plating presentation

• Setting up tasting consultation tables

• Cleaning and sanitization are required

• Process merchant charges and contracts

• Read and write in English

• Bilingual is a plus

This position is a Salary position with incentives.

These expectations are listed below but no limited to just these.

• Perform all tasks with a goal of receiving FIVE star food quality, service, attitude and professionalism

• Prepares room for dining/buffet/foods tables by clothing tables and setting decorations, condiments, candles, napkins, service plates, and utensils.

• Protects establishment and patrons by adhering to sanitation, and safety control policies.

• Making sure that every piece of silver shines and every plate sparkles.

• Serve each customer with a consistent portion of product and maintaining a high level of service

• Communicate any needs by guests to kitchen, supervisor or leadership team.

• Keeps kitchen staff informed by noting timing of meal progression.

• Serves orders by picking up and delivering patrons' choices from bar and kitchen; delivering accompaniments and condiments from service bars.

• Responds to additional patron requirements by inquiring of needs; observing dining process.

• Maintains table setting by removing courses as completed; replenishing utensils; refilling water glasses; being alert to patron spills or other special needs.

• Remove all dishware and trash form tables after use. 

• Concludes dining experience by acknowledging choice of Catering inviting them to take our business cards.

• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

This is a PART TIME position and please fill out application online. 

Part time - $12 hour

Follow all local and Federal food handling laws. 


Perform routine kitchen tasks.

Follow the prep list created to plan duties.

Label and stock all ingredients on shelves so they can be organized and easily accessible.

Measure ingredients and seasonings to be used in cooking.

Prepare cooking ingredients by washing and chopping vegetables, cutting meat, and other meal prep.

Set up workstations and ingredients so that food can be prepared according to recipes.

Undertake basic cooking duties, such as reducing sauces and parboiling food.

Prepare simple dishes, such as salads and entrees.

Maintain a clean and orderly kitchen by washing dishes, sanitizing surfaces, and taking out trash.

Ensure that all food and other items are stored properly.

Comply with nutrition and sanitation guidelines.

Perform other kitchen duties as assigned.

Full time - $500/weekly

Tatering is hiring- 1 full time Dishwasher and 1 part time


Days:

Thursday through Monday from 7 am to  5:30 pm


Tuesdays and Wednedays  off

This is a FULL TIME position 

$150-200 per night plus tips

Bar  – Position reports to Operation Manager

• Oversight of entire service set up and execution of bar services on every event. 

• Ensure the venue/event center is set up properly per event. 

• Ensures bar menus are done as per customers request. 

• Ensures all bar activities are done on time and any other services the customer has requested. 

• Ensure all rental items are returned and accounted for to wherever they must be returned. 

• Ensures all events are photographed and a final field report has been conducted. 

• Ensures 100% Customer Satisfaction and we achieve a five star review


Must have TABC certification and leadership history.
